Tai Chi

Join us the first Monday of each month for a Tai Chi class at 9am. The class will last approximately an hour and is a drop-in style class. 

Class Instructor: Anita Cranston, Mindful Living

Classes are $10.
*Be sure to wear clothing and shoes that you can easily move and stretch in.


Tai Chi is a mind-body exercise that integrates slow, intentional movements with breathing and cognitive skills for improved balance, health and well-being.
