Join us the third Monday of each month for a Holy Yoga class at 9am. The class will last approximately an hour and is a drop-in style class.

Classes are $10.
*Be sure to bring your own mat and wear clothing that you can easily move and stretch in.

In a Holy Yoga class we practice bodily alignment and mindful breathing. We celebrate God through movement and meditation. Holy Yoga is a place of well being where we practice strengthening, stretching, oxygenating and relaxing the body. It is here we take time to love, nurture, accept, heal and grow in His Word and in His Spirit.
